He was predeceased by : his parents, Thelma Louise Reisinger (Kirkland) and Wilbur Reisinger; his siblings, Pam Gallbreth, Arthur and James Springer; and his great grandchild Kendrick James Conner Patten.
He is survived by : his wife Peggy Delores Phillips of Alden; his children, Brandi Reisinger of Alden, Michael Reisinger of Waterloo and Wilbur Mark Reisinger of Alden; and his sister Pat Mullins of Georgia. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
