She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Collins and Mary Ellen Collins (Cain); her husbands, Orville Hurlburt and James Miller; and her sister Mary Jean Lanning.
She is survived by: her daughters, Julie Simonson (Brian) of Cedar Falls and Angie Eischeid of Algona; her grandchildren, Seth Eischeid, Jordan Eischeid, Grant Simonson and Josee Simonson; and her sister Karen Thilges (Dirk Lindgren) of Fort Dodge.
