He is survived by: his wife Ranne Bollig (Hilsabeck) of Huxley; his daughters, Andrea and Katie Kaiya (Jason); and his siblings, Jean Ann Villarreal (Noe), Bonny Geving (Jay), Becky Travis (Wyman), Helen George (Ron), Mark Bollig (Teresa), Carol Briman (Rob), Joe Bollig (Julie) and David Bollig.

“Dearest Bolligs, Condolences. When I think of all the fun we had as kids playing on the farm, perhaps we should be amazed that we made it this long. Joe and Danny loved speed and danger, and we all jumped in and joined them. Coming down from MN to the Bolligs was better than Disneyland and Danny did not disappoint.
