He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Herman and Florence Francis Hagg (Ernst); his wife Carol Hagg; his siblings, Ralph Hagg and LaVonne Matz; and his granddaughter Rachel Hagg.
He is survived by: his son Tim Hagg (Therese) of Des Moines; his granddaughter Jenny Hagg of Des Moines; and his brother Alvin Hagg of Annadale. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to the East Fork Walleye Club in Frank's honor.
