He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Wittkopf and Luella Wittkopf (Bell). He is survived by: his wife Karleen Wittkopf of Algona; his sons, Chris Wittkopf (Maria) of Overland Park and Jeff Wittkopf (Amanda) of Algona; his grandchildren, Owen, Archer, Ambrose, Jayda and Trista; and his siblings, Harlan Wittkopf (Jeanne) of Algona and Marla Wittkopf of Roswell.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice of the Heartland, Kossuth County Dementia Care and Water's Edge Nature Center.
