He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Norman and Nina Norman (Shackelford); his siblings, Felice and Robert; and his nephew Chad.
He is survived by: his niece Angelique Malkentzos (Robert) of Winchester, Ohio; his great-nephew Nicholas Malkentzos; his great-niece Annabelle Malkentzos; and his brother-in-law Jack Aldinger.
