She was predeceased by: her parents, William Agnes and Veronica Agnes (Morgan); and her sister Sandy Liebsch (Agnes). She is survived by: her brother Bill Agnes (Dorothy); her children, Scott Wille (Billie) and Robin Lee Wille; and her granddaughters, Ashley Wille, Kat Wille, Brooklynn Wille and Rebecca Wille.

Judy Wille passed peacefully Saturday April 27, 2024 at the age of 82 due to a long battle with Alzheimer's disease.
