He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilford Strohman and Olive Strohman (Fuhrmeister); his wife Lois (Wilson); and his son David. He is survived by: his sons, Dr. William Strohman (Dara) of Algona and John Strohman (Sarah) of Pierre, SD; his grandchildren, Hannah Dickson (Drew) of Omaha, NE, Elizabeth Gibson (Mike) of Cary, NC, Abigail McCraw (Zachary) of Randleman, NC and Dr. Joshua Strohman (Cortney) of Algona; and his great grandchildren, Lincoln and Jude.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Oakcrest Funeral Services (218 S Moore St, Algona, IA 50511). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Algona Evangelical Free Church (2205 US-169, Algona, IA 50511). A burial will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:15 PM at the Riverview Cemetery.
