He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Moe and Marlis Moe (Barber); and his brother Michael Moe. He is survived by: his siblings, Lindsey Moe (Janelle) of Algona and Tracey Rusch (Mike) of Nokomis, FL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Oakcrest Funeral Services - Algona (218 S Moore St, Algona, IA 50511). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
