He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter A. Hall and Margaret E. Hall (Watters); his daughter-in-law Terri Jo Hall; his sisters, Susan Hall and Loretta Spies; and his nephew Carter Brown (Jennifer Manly).

He is survived by: his wife Sandra Miller of Algona; his son Chad Hall (Wendi) of Algona; his grandchildren, Carter Hall (Taylor), Ciera Fraser (Will) and Olivia Hall; his children, William Hall (Pranom) of Scottsdale and Arizona; his grandchildren, Jett and Julian; his son Lance Hall of Algona; his grandson Liam; his daughter Jennifer Hall of Scottsdale; his grandchildren, Jackson, Isabella and Willa; his sisters, Jeanne Brown (Robert) of Austin, Texas, Judy Kendall (Greg) of Sioux Falls, Kristy Walker (Ron) of Arnolds Park and Kathy McGill (Mark) of Okoboji; and his sister-in-law Ruth Gottsche (Richard) of Estherville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Bill Hall Memorial Fund, which the family will distribute to his favorite charities.
