He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Wampler and Teressa Wampler (Duden); his brother Mark Wampler; his parents-in-law, Harold Holder and Eleanor Holder McKeeman; his brother-in-law Scott Shaw; and his son-in-law Roger Parham.
He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Sara and Michael; his stepdaughter Jackie Richardson (Shawn); his grandchildren, Sammi, Zane (Allison) and Allie (Chris); his sister Becky Bland (Brian); his sister-in-law Kathy Wampler; his nephew Andrew (Sammie); his sister-in-law Deanna Shaw; and his nieces and nephews, Moriah (Jaime), Elijah and Jordan.
