With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peter J. Aberson of Alton, Iowa, who passed away on June 25, 2025 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Peter farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Peter is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Alton Reformed Church (305 8th St, Alton, IA 51003). A prayer will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at the Nassau Township Cemetery (3831 460th St, Alton, IA 51003).
