He was predeceased by: his father Harold Bohn; and his brother Lynn. He is survived by: his mother Marcella Bohn (Math); his wife Deanna Smedberg; his brothers, Terry (Mary Jo Dailey) of Mandan, ND and Kelly of Coon Rapids, MN; his daughters, Jessica Gallaher (Jason) of Wahpeton, ND and Ashlee Ullestad (Luke) of Bondurant, IA; and his grandchildren, Leland Levery, Parker, Greyson and Brooklyn Ullestad. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
