She was predeceased by: her parents, John Needs and Mabel Needs; her husband Robert Stuart; her siblings, Paul Needs, Barbara Reeves, Phyllis Yakovich, Betty Kenworthy and Joan Walker; and her grandson Eric Estell.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Procyk of Des Moines, Timothy Stuart (Diane) of Pleasant Hill, Patricia West of Wick and Theresa Taylor (Todd) of Des Moines, Iowa; and her sister Lois Johnson of Gillespie Illinois. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hamilton's Altoona Funeral Home (105 4th St SW, Altoona, IA 50009). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the Animal Rescue League in memory of June.
