She was predeceased by: her parents, Hartzel Rickards and Dorothy Rickards (Stevens); and her husband James "Jimmy" Monahan. She is survived by: her son Doug Monahan (Melissa Merical); her grandchildren, Sydney Dunn (Erin), Samantha Sharpe (Riley), Skylar Reaman (Andrew) and Saydie Monahan; her great grandchildren, Talon Dunn and Isabelle Dunn; her sister-in-law Brigitte Alsdorf Rickards; and her nephews, Andy Rickards and Patrick Monahan.
