He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Catron and Dorothy Catron; his wife Jan; his son Doug (Sally); his grandchildren, Natalie and Allison; his son Matt (Kari); and his grandsons, Sam and Zach.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Moines Open Bible Church (1116 Army Post Rd, Des Moines, IA 50315).
