With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Hoffman (Altoona, Iowa), born in Middletown, Indiana, who passed away on November 20, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Mauck and Edith Mauck; her husband Jim Hoffman (Jim); and her daughter-in-law Laurie Hoffman. She is survived by: her children, Jim L. Hoffman, John D. Hoffman (Lisa) and Joy L. VandeBerg (Tom); and her grandchildren, Jennifer Halvorson, Nick VandeBerg (Michelle), Jennifer Hoffman, Michael Hoffman (Amanda), Joshua Hoffman, Matthew Hoffman, Jamie Hoffman, Marta Trueblood (Nick), Mischa Elsberry (Jorden), Quentin Hoffman, Emerson Hoffman and Janae Erickson (Quentin). She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
