He was predeceased by: his parents, Gaylord Clayton Talley and Bessie Opal Talley (Hoffman); and his siblings, LaVonne Erwin, Edwin Talley, Cleo Judson, Shirley Peterson, Robert Talley and Mary Edwards.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene Talley; his son Kevin Talley (Kendra Buchanan); his grandchildren, Nathaniel Buchanan, Kyle Talley (Macey), Michael Buchanan and Caleb Talley (Chloe); his great grandchildren, Abrielle, Brayden, Lucas and Eliana; his sister Beverly Poore; and his friend Ashley Zimpfer.
