He was predeceased by: his former wife Judy Dunaway (Tool); his parents, Norman Dunaway and Ellen Dunaway; his grandson Tyler Wacha; and his sister Mary Fontanini.
He is survived by: his wife Marvel; his children, Lynne Thornton (Gary) of Ankeny, Brad (Lisa) of Portland, Oregon and Jenni Grandgeorge (Peter) of Bondurant; his grandchildren, Wendy Foreman (Daniel LeCossec) of Saudi Arabia, Ruby Dunaway of Portland, Ellen and Gus Grandgeorge of Bondurant; his great grandchildren, Otis and Mabel LeCossec of Saudi Arabia; his siblings, Jim (Rita) of Napa and Norma Nash of Drakesville; his stepchildren, Sarah Gillaspie (Sone Lovan) of Altoona and Garth Gillaspie of Pleasant Hill; his grandchildren, Jackson Russian, Dylan and Mia Lovan of Altoona; and also, Lucy, Don Tool (Jean) of Earlham, Barb Pierce, Dwight Young (Dolores) of Pella, Hugh Young (Bonny) of Wisconsin and Myron Young (Diana) of Michigan.
Memorials are preferred rather than flowers, and can be directed to Mosaic in Central Iowa or Child Serve, providing care and homes to children with disabilities, like grandson Tyler, or to a charity of your choice in Bob's memory.
