He is survived by: his wife Laura Biegger; his children, Gordon Biegger (Stacey) and Katie Joynes (Anthony); his grandchildren, Jenifer Simpson (Blake), Rachel Fuhrman (Jess), Alexis Carballo (Santos), Alexander Biegger (Emily), Abbylene Biegger, Justin Biegger, Grace Biegger, Liam Biegger, Britenee Joynes and Payton Joynes; his great grandchildren, Hazel Fuhrman, Lucious Biegger and Michael Simpson; his siblings, James Biegger (Karen) and Thomas Biegger (Cindy); and his sister-in-law Norma Biegger. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
