He is survived by: his wife Janet; his sons, Kelly, Kevin (Tabetha) and Kirk; and his stepchildren, Julie Cullinan (Larry) and Matthew Ballard (Jean). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.
