He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Henry and Edith L. Patchin (Rush); his wife Judith Kay LeMaster; his son Christopher; and his sister Elaine Hoffman (Carl).
He is survived by: his sons, John Patchin (Trisha), Jeffrey Patchin (Kristen) and Douglas Patchin (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Danielle Turner, Stevie Ziem (Tyler), Scott Patchin, Sophia, Eliza Patchin, Drew and Tyler Patchin; and his great grandchildren, Beckett and Raena Ziem.
