It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved David L. Childers of Amana, Iowa, born in Chanute, Kansas, who passed away at the age of 84, on July 3, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Childers and Wilma Childers (Mayfield); his wife Shirley F. Bahndorf; his son-in-law Schneekloth; and his siblings, Lowell Duane, Dan Eugene, Donald Ray and Shiela Kay.
He is survived by: his children, Lonny Childers, Lori Ackermann and Lisa Schneekloth; and his grandchildren, Sherrie, Mathew, Joseph, Elizabeth, Kristin, Justin, John, Kali and Jake. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
