She was predeceased by : her father Gary Lee; and her brother-in-law Tim. She is survived by : her mother Dolores Jean Kloubec (Martin); her husband Don Shramek; her son Cade (Mother Dolores Kloubec); her siblings, Monte Kloubec (Jaime) and Kellie Stallman (Matt); her in-laws, Roger, Alma Shramek, Darlene Owens (Scott), DeeAnn Shonka (Lynn) and Deborah Schott; and her pet Sneaky. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Johnson County 4-H, Miracles in Motion, or to Monroe Township Fire Department in her name.
