We are sad to announce that on August 25, 2023, at the age of 99, Alice C. Thompson of Ames, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Winborn and Mabel Winborn (Schwimley); and her son-in-law James Snovelle. She is survived by: her daughters, Bonnie Snovelle and Betty Grinde (Clark); and her grandchildren, Zachary Snovelle, Samantha Snovelle, John Grinde (Ash Rotonto) and Emma.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Andrews Lutheran Church.
