Chelsea Jorgensen Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Chelsea Jorgensen of Ames, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 5, 2025 at the age of 32. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Dwight Winter, Ross Samuelson, Don, Dorothy Jorgensen, Darrell and Mary Heuton; her uncle Randy Winter; and her aunt Darleen Holm.
She is survived by: her parents, Jeff Jorgensen and Cindy Jorgensen (Winter); her sisters, Janelle Naderer (Matt) and Jordan Jorgensen; her niece Charley Jo Naderer; her grandmother JoAnn Samuelson; and her godparents, Maria, Carmen Flores and Daryl Winter. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and at 6:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the St Cecilia Catholic Church (2900 Hoover Ave, Ames, IA 50010). A burial will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Cecilia Elementary School or Boys and Girls Clubs of Story County.
