He is survived by : his former life partner Kelly Johnson (Marshall); his children, John Etten of Indianola and Shannon Clausing (Aaron) of Norwalk; his wife Cathy Etten; his stepchildren, Robbie Carpenter, Sarah Carpenter and Tommy Carpenter; and his brothers, Steve Etten (Marty) of Colorado, Lary Etten (Sue) of South Dakota and Jeff Etten (Becky) of Arizona. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
