With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Diane H. L. Neal of Ames, Iowa, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ferry L. Basart and Edna L. Basart (Twombley); her son David Hoover; her husband James Hoover; and her brother Paul Basart.
She is survived by: her former husband Charles Neal; her son Dennis Hoover (Barbara) of Prairie City, IA; her grandchildren, Sarah Hoover (Stephen Hewer) of Belgium and Joel Hoover (Elizabeth) of West Chicago, IL; and her great grandchildren, William, Samuel and Olive Hoover.
Memorials in Diane's memory may be given to the First Christian Church in Ames or to the Hoover Scholarship Fund (#0500092) c/o the ISU Foundation.
