He was predeceased by: his wife Johanna B. Canfield. He is survived by: his sons, Paul Canfield of Ames and John Canfield of San Mateo, California; and his grandchildren, Carta, Alexander and Skyden Canfield.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Grand Room at Northcrest Retirement Community (2300 Northcrest Pkwy, Ames, IA 50010).
