She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Polka and Joyce Polka (Dailey); her sister Donna Smith; and her son-in-law Gary Lenz. She is survived by: her husband Arnold "Arnie" Chantland; and her daughters, Nancy Lenz of Shakopee, MN, Carol Nicklaus (David) of Webster Groves, MO and Susan Petersen (Jack) of Clive. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.
