He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Quinn and Mary Elaine Fangman Quinn; his brother John Quinn; and his brother-in-law Val Madia. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Quinn; and his sisters, Bridget Lynch (John Bryan), Colleen Madia and Carmel Earl (Steve). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
