He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter Freel and Bessie Freel (Slippy); his wife Marilyn; his children, Gary Freel (Kelly) of Ames, Randy Freel (De Ann) of Nevada and Susan Jones (Steve) of Ames; his grandchildren, Billie (Daniel), Nicole, Shaye and Ethan; his great grandchildren, Alexander and Zachary; his sister Sandra (Tom); and his siblings-in-law, Pat, Carole, Donna and Rodger. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
