He was predeceased by: his wife Katy; and his son Dean Seidel. He is survived by: his daughters, Judy Melanson (Harold), Susan Zawacky, Ann Hinds (Jim) and Jean Wallace (Greg); his daughter-in-law Barbara Seidel Robertson (Mark); and his grandchildren, Russ Melanson (Ellie) and Sarah Klipper (Michael).
