She is survived by: her children, Mark Samuelson (Suzanne) of Omaha, Nebraska, Peggy Ulicki (Jerry) of Fort Dodge, Iowa and Jim Samuelson (Jane) of Minnetrista, Minnesota; her grandchildren, Jerod Ulicki (Kat), Jessica Ziegler (Billy) and Janae Hewitt (Kyle); her stepgranddaughter Becky Smouse (Bryan); and her brothers-in-law, Stan Samuelson (Carol) and Norm Jacobson.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be given to Friendship Arc, Mainstream Living, Israel Family Hospice, Northcrest or to the charity of your choice.
