He is survived by: his sister Marla Lepper (Richard Lepper); his wife Catherine Ingham; his children, Alexandra Kunkel (Shawn Kunkel), Anastasia Andresen (Edward Thorne) and Andre Ingham; and his grandchildren, Kevin Andresen, Cora Kunkel and Camden Kunkel.
