With profound sadness, we say goodbye to John Paul Kluge in Ames, Iowa, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Kluge and Olive Kluge; his granddaughter Sarah Johnson; his daughter Paula Johnson (Mark); and his former wife Joan Kluge (Kwentus).
He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie Kluge (Shevokas); his sister Margaret Hilmer; his sister-in-law Carolyn Kwentus; his children, Tom Kluge (Kathy), Janna Morrison (Steve) and Erika Kluge (Hans); and his friends, Brad and Beth Harman. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; five great- grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Iowa Veterinary Medical Association (IVMA) or the Israel Family Hospice House in Ames, Iowa, whose compassionate care was deeply appreciated.
