She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester Blubaugh and Enid Blubaugh (Minnick). She is survived by: her husband Frank Maly; her sons, Nick Maly (Christine), Curtis Maly (Amy) and Douglas Maly (Jasna); and her grandchildren, Tom Maly, Monica Maly, Rachel Maly, Tim Maly and Isabella Maly. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the St. Cecilia Catholic Church (2900 Hoover Ave, Ames, IA 50010). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
