She was predeceased by: her husband John Roger Jorstad, Sr.; her parents, Hallie Sargisson and Walton Sargisson; her parents-in-law, Anne and Clarence Jorstad; her sister Barbara; her brother-in-law Orval Nielsen; her brother Bill; and her sister-in-law Margaret Beck.

She is survived by: her children, John Roger Jorstad, Jr. of Roland, IA and Cynthia Jorstad; her son-in-law David Pirtle; her brother Payne; and her sister-in-law Rita Sargisson. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
