He is survived by: his daughter Marne Steinke (Kelly) of Cedar Rapids, IA; his wife Sherry Myers; his child Monte (Tammy); his grandchildren, Sarah, Owen, Logan, Caleb, Abigail and Madison; and his siblings, Connie Bullock and David Bullock (Elisa).
