Larry Vallery Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Vallery and Gladys Vallery (Winther); his wife Rita Diane Ramge; his granddaughter Katelyn Hawbaker; his great grandchild Emory Sayre; his brothers, Gene and William Vallery (Bill); and his siblings-in-law, Linda Lewis, Bud Lewis and Roy Smith.

He is survived by: his children, Diane Hawbaker (Devon) of Dallas Center, Deborah Thomas (Deric) of Manly, David Vallery (Dawn) of Hampton and Denise Sterling (Todd) of Lee's Summit, MO; his grandchildren, Matthew Hansen (Stephanie), Stephen Thomas, Abby Jewett, Sarah Boyles, Sterling Vallery, Kelsey Sayre (Nathanel), Vallery Thomas (Chad Dahl), Sasha Hawbaker Christian Vallery, Bailey Harms (Alan), Brenna Doolittle (Joshua), Tate Sterling, Nickoli Hawbaker and Scarlett Sterling; his great grandchildren, Jaydn Jewett, Naomi Boyles, Natalie Boyles, Noah Hansen, Landen Hansen, Josie Boyles, Emily Jannsen, Espen Sayre, Ellis Sayre, Jackson Jannsen, Jason Jewett, Judy Jewett, Jonathan Baldwin, Bentley Dahl, Everson Sayre, Adoniah Hansen, Ephraim Sayre, Peter Baldwin, Asael Hansen and Ellowyn Sayre; his brother Steven Vallery (Peggy) of Plattsmouth, NE; and his sister-in-law Sharon Smith of Plattsmouth, NE. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers and other customary remembrances, Larry's family suggests that memorial contributions may be left in his memory to Food at First, UMCOR, or Ames United Methodist Church, and sent to their attention at Grandon Funeral and Cremation Care, 414 Lincoln Way, in Ames, Iowa, 50010.
