Laura Rae Bernard Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Laura Rae Bernard (Ames, Iowa), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 23, 2025 at the age of 51. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Laura Rae Bernard to pay them a last tribute.

She is survived by: her parents, Perry Arnold and Becky Arnold Parker; her husband Dr. Pierre Bernard; her children, Bryce Bernard, Samantha (Tamin), Lipsey and Hallie Bernard; and her siblings, Sandy Van Bogart (Damon), Kristi Arnold, Susan Arnold, Perry Arnold and Paul Arnold. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Heartland Baptist Church (3333 Stange Rd, Ames, IA 50010). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
