With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lee Wymore of Ames, Iowa, who passed away on April 11, 2026 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Joyce. He is survived by: his children, Meghan Wymore Brand (Jonathan Brand) of Gilbert, IA and Mathew Wymore (Megan Henson) of Ames; his grandchildren, Henry, Alexander Brand, Casper Wymore Henson and Tillie Wymore Henson; his brothers, Mike Wymore (Erin Joy Swank) of Aurora, CO and Jonathan Wymore (Tara) of Oskaloosa; his stepmother Terrie Wymore of Oskaloosa; and his stepsisters, Brooke Ann Sells of Oskaloosa, Keely Choate (Jeff) of Marshalltown and Bec Soll (Jerome Ellis) of Oskaloosa.
Memorials can be given to the Mary Greeley Foundation towards Radiology in Lee's name.
