She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Stolte and Betty Stolte (Johnson); her sister Marcia Law; and her sister-in-law Sharon Olson. She is survived by: her husband Marty; her children, Eric (Melanie) of Tama, IA, Nathan (Sonya) of Ames, IA and Amanda of Ankeny, IA; her stepgrandchildren, Amelie and Jameson; her siblings, Larry Stolte (Sue) and Carla Houston (Kevin); her brother-in-law Don Law; and her aunt Nadine Sturtz. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (712 12th St, Boone, IA 50036). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 10:30 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be directed to the family to make donations appropriations to Trinity Lutheran Church, 712 12th St, Boone, IA 50036 and for the elephants at the St. Louis Zoo.
