She is survived by: her daughter Schari Shantell; her siblings' children, Derrick, Justin, Dessie and Deandre; her grandsons, Jasean, Camren and Javon; her siblings, Lorenzo (Laura), Dionne, Jerome (Valerie), Naja and Bernadette (Julian); her aunts, Florence and Sarah; and her uncle William Monroe Jr. (Lois). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, church family and friends.
