She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald "Jerry" Wayne and Frances Evelyn Hines (Alyward); her former husband Steven Hobbs; her grandchildren, Abigail and Leo Mahoney; her brothers, Kent, Neal and Mark Hines; and her nephews, Eric and Mason Hines.
She is survived by: her husband Jan of Ames; her children, Amy Mahoney (Tom) of Houston, TX, Jeffrey Hobbs (Sherry) of Rochester, NY, Jonathan Sherwood of Los Angeles, CA and Sarah Lancaster of Nevada; her sister Annette Forbes of Ames; and her grandchildren, Steven Mahoney, Molly Mahoney (Vanessa), Jalen, Kaley and Linken Lancaster. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
