It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Matt Olsson of Ames, Iowa, who passed away on March 30, 2022, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Matt Olsson to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by : his father Stan Olsson; his brother Jim Olsson; and his nephew Traven Keigley. He is survived by : his mother Pat Olsson (Foley) of Ames; his sisters, Julie Keigley of High Point, NC, Carla Turner (Charley) of Ames, Shell Rivers (Fred) of Chandler, AZ and Marlene Austin (Chris) of Jewell, IA.; his nieces and nephews, Tyler Huse, Tyler Keigley, Jenna Jamison (Sam), Will Turner, Freddy Rivers, PJ Rivers, Lowell Austin (Miranda), Amanda Austin, Katie Moore (Matt) and Logan Austin; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hailey, Elle, Iris, Wyatt, Callahan and Hudson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be directed to the family and a donation will be made to the Story County Boys and Girls Club.
