She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil B. Fordyce and Ruth Schrader Fordyce; her husband Verl Crouse; her daughter Brenda Lorenz Smith; and her stepson Rod Crouse.
She is survived by: her son-in-law Randy Smith of Madison, Wisconsin; and her extended family, Lois Crouse of Ames, Curtis, Kris Crouse of St. Paul, Terry and Ken Graner of Lakeville, Minnesota. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
