He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence E. Shoemaker and Walter N. Handy. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn; his daughter Beth Davis (Corky); and his stepsons, Rick Crouch (Lori) and Scott Crouch (Cindy). He is also survived by six grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
