He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lang and Oliva Lang; and his daughter Theresa M. Simons (Nicholas). He is survived by: his wife Irene L. Lang; his children, Barbara J. Hutchison, Monica A. Lang, Thomas J. Lang (Linda) and Veronica K. Briley; his grandchildren, Megan M. Hutchison, Ryan N. Simons, Jake T. Simon, Sara L. Simons, Allison R. Lang, Marshall T. Lang, Kyla R. Jones, Amber N. Starr and Blake J. Briley; his great grandchildren, Brayden Shannon, Bentley Starr, Winston Starr and Sophie Simons; and his siblings, Jeneita Campbell and Gerald Lang.
Memorial contributions may be made in Richard's name to St. Cecilia Parish and for a memorial bench at Reiman Gardens.
