She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Wells and Bernadette Wells (Koppes); her husband Daniel Emory Tadlock; and her siblings, Fred, Ronald and Suzanne.
She is survived by: her sister Madonna Searing (Bob); her son Eric Tadlock (Charla); her son-in-law David Kennis; and her grandchild Shawn Tadlock.
